TICKETS NOT RECEIVED
TICKETS FOR PREMIER LEAGUE FOOTBALL MATCH IN LONDON ORDRED IN DECEMBER 2025 FOR MATCH ON 11TH APRIL 2026. DID NOT RECEIVE THE TICKETS, NO COMMUNCITION FROM TICKETGUM, EMAILS SENT TO THE COMPANY BOUNCED BACK AND THE PHONE NUMBER WAS NOT VALID.
ALL IN ALL I AM 0UT OF POCKET A CONSIDERABLE AMOUNT OF MONEY HAVING INCURRED FLIGHT AND HOTEL COSTS TO ATTEND THE EVENT. DO NOT EVER EVER EVER HAVE ANYTHING TIO DO WITH THIS CROWD.

Over £200 of tickets paid for, two days before the game were informed that they weren’t giving us the tickets or a refund. No customer service to speak to.
Paid for tickets for a match at St James Park. Waited over two months for the tickets that they said would be sent within 3 days of the match.
